Do their canon powers need capping: I don't believe so. Here is a link to Yoimiya's abilities in full detail just in case the mods want to double check but a short summary of her powers is that she's quite skilled at using a bow and arrow and infuses her pyro magic into shooting off fire arrows.
Season: Summer
Reasoning behind the chosen season: In canon, Yoimiya has earned the title of "Queen of the Summer Festival" due to the residents of Narukami Island believing that summer isn't the same without her. She's also already in tune with fire abilities and I think it'd be really interesting if she became even more proficient in other forms of fire magic.
